Hmmmmm, after googling "cream green spy bag", I found an entry that says:

"I have the cream spy with the green handles ...... it was the 2005 limited edition...... in pre-loved condition...This is the largest size in the Fendi spy series..."

So it could be that the cream/green spy is just supposed to be huge???

Fendi made a large spy for the very first season (ss 05) that was model 8BR512. If the larger one is 8BR512, then that could explain it.

Hi, just wondering whether anyone can tell me if Fendi made the Chef Bag in Pony Hair in 2005? I'm only interested in this bag because it is pony hair as I wouldn't normally buy via eBay. I'm cautious though and I've done as much as I can ie, compared to my other Fendi bags and it seems the serial number is genuine but you can never be sure. Any help appreciated. Thanks, Sharyn

I think that does explain it - the larger, cream/green one's leather strip does say 8BR512.

So now I have a cream/green large-sized one; a black regular-sized one and a baby acacia is arriving next week - I have a Goldilocks-style family of spy bags!

Hi, Would someone please advise me as to whether this bag is authentic. This seller, Nina-1 has a lot of bags on her site. On the feedback she has some of the same bags for sale months before or at least the same pictures for the bags. Just wondering if she is legit as the prices seem too low for what is being sold. But I'm new to ebay and the Purseblog as well. Thanks for any help you can give me.
