Well, that clears up the mystery!:confused1:
This is an authentic bag from 2004 season. The hologram (cellophane top part) appears to have peeled off, but the rest remains.
I thought the bag looked authentic & the hologram was throwing us off. I would try to glue it back on if possible....:tup:

I have asked the seller for a clear close up pics of the serial number and she told me that it is in the 10th picture. Is this what you are requesting for? Or is it another serial number and where can I find it on this bag?

Dear Fendi girls, I bought the Magic, smallest size, all leather, risked after reading all the issues and horror stories about finding the authentic one in old threads. I did risk because I did not have enough information to ask you before, now I have it and am looking for help to determine if it is authentic.

I found the same here and have no clue about it being fake or not.

There is a visible difference between engraving style on the metal tag on my authentic Fendi (which is a large bag) -- photo #1, and metal tag on this one -- photo #2.

I know this is a lot of photos but I wanted to give as much information as possible.

The bag is missing metal rod or caps in the tube above the flap (at the base of the handle) . I could live with that, but not with the fake.

Hello,

I have no idea if the bag is authentic or not, but l did notice that some pics either are stolen from another seller or there's something weird here, if u can check this seller la*style all her pics are with that water background, l bought a pair of shoes from her and since those r my first D&G I cannot tell if they are authentic or not but l am telling you this just so you do more research.

No, the serial number is embossed on a leather strip sewn into the lining of the bag, usually opposite to the hologram tag...

Hi Marlamx

Thanks for bring that to my attention I have emailed la*style to ask her about this. I will be doing more research on the sellers from now. I am so grateful that you brought this up so that I know and can do something about it before it is too late. Thank you once again :smile1:
