Help Authenticate

Ebay listing listed as Fendi Snakeskin Handbag

Ebay item #2308828443424
Seller: historic_collectibles

I have sent a message asking about hologram or other tags inside the bag and her response was there are none. Her description states the bag was purchased in Italy.
When did Fendi start putting holograms in their bags and do they all have them?

Thanks

Finally found it.....http://www.ebay.com/itm/SCARCE-FEND...324?pt=US_CSA_WH_Handbags&hash=item35c1b09ea4

It should have a serial # probably on a black ribbon sewn into pocket lining. This is too old to have hologram. I need to see a pic of that. :)

Hi! It's me again. Sorry but I'm just wondering about this Spy. I've never seen this before. Do you think it's the real deal or otherwise? Thank you :)

LOL!! Both of these are horrible fakes! :tdown:

There are FENDI Croc Spy bags, but these aren't real, not by a longshot! :roflmfao:

No they are not unique to a specific bag. Hope that helps.....;)

Hi there! I've had the chance to take some pictures and would really appreciate your opinions on the authenticity of this Bluefly purchase. Hope these pictures cover all the details you require! I'm also not sure why there are cutouts from the authenticity card...

One other question, if I may ask. If the serial numbers are not unique to a specific bag, is there anything that is unique to the bag? the hologram maybe? Just curious, thanks!

OMG!!:loveeyes::drool::wlae:
What a gorgeous bag! No one can fake that, LOL!:D

I believe Bluefly gets discounted bags/possible overstocks & they cut the info out of the card to prevent returns to saks & the like at full price.
The seasons 2003 - 2011 FENDIs had serial #s that were unique on the hologram which helped us to authenticate. Now they use RFID tags - which means in the store they can determine authenticity by a chip in the bag. We have had to use a combination of techniques to confirm authenticity on these newer bags. :smile1:
