Hi, I found pictures of a gorgeous Fendi but no name! please help me authenticate....

Hi Sylviaa...I am in NO WAY, shape or form an expert, I have just been learning and reading a lot on fake brands.....I found this on the web:
http://www.freewebs.com/fakefendihandbags/fendiserialnumber.htm....of course, we have to be very careful of what we find on the net!

I have also learned that the 'authenticity tag' is a MUST in determining the validity/authenticity of a purse. There is also this link:

p.s. I almost purchased a fake spy......it looked so authentic, the only thing that gave it away was the 'authenticity tag'!!!!! :wtf:

Both are authentic. :tup:

Baby spy vs. the Mini Spy. personal preference. The Baby is larger and holds more. I like both styles, if had to choose it would be the Baby Spy ;) . Entirely up to you though. :smile1:

Those links to advice on determining Fake Fendis are total CR*P!!
They are inexperienced undocumented ramblings & all wrong....please ignore them if you are purchasing FENDI.

I have been authenticating FENDIs exclusively here for over 5 years & every once in a while someone brings up these internet postings on FENDI authentification. Anyone can post such internet pages, and unfortunately the ones who posted these pages were just "guessing" IMO. :laugh:

Hi all! I'm a new member to TPF, but have read a lot of blogs, posts and threads for help and info on this and other purses and love this site! The info found here has been invaluable!

Anywho, bought my first Fendi Spy! Always wanted one in my collection and chose the Spalmati to get my feet wet. Although it's an older one, I just love the funky colors great,tropical feel as I live in Hawaii and the coated jacquard is great for rainy season here.

Looks legit to me, but would love some reassurance. Just wanted to know what you all thought about authenticity B4 it's too late to get a refund through buyer protection. Any insight will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for any advice!
