I would go to the Ebay section of this forum for help. If it was me, I'd get it authenticated first if possible - since the proof will be required anyways and it takes a week or more to get it authenticated in many cases.
I am not sure who does FENDI (might ask/PM Accio Sacculus) think she may know one. One member recently said they had a problem with Carol Divas Site, but not sure factually the details of the case (both sides) and have personally always had a lot of repect for Carol's work. My poupette has had service issues in the past & not sure how well they know FENDI. GL!
