Need to see a better pic of that serial stamp. try using the super macro setting and no flash. you need a lot of light to get the pic. Also a good pic of the lining would helpful.

Yes, there is absolutely no lining inside. The stitching inside is perfect, though. No glue marks anywhere, perfect stitching and nice material on feel. I'm still a little torn. The seller said that she personally bought it at the store and guaranteed 100% authenticity. But you know, she could be just saying it...
Do you think I should post a few more pictures? I just want to make sure. If it's fake, I need to contact the seller and return it.

Oh, I have an additional piece of information. Maybe this will help too. I checked the back of a zipper pull. It has a Fendi sign and letter R (registered trademark)above it. I can send a picture of it too. Just let me know if that's something that could make a difference. Thanks again for your help

The fake bags have this zipper correct often.
I think I said before, I just don't know 100%. I don't know of anyone here that can tell you 100% for sure.
I have seen bags like this before, I don't need any more pics. I know what it is.
Next time have us look at a bag before you buy it to avoid this problem.;)
