To all every knowledgeable ladies, I purchased this D&G monogram sneakers off eBay, however, after I received it, upon close inspection, I have concern/doubt about the authenticity, please ladies, take a look and tell me what you think:

hi all--sorry to be a nuisance--but looking for some help if you can--I was asked by an older relative to try and sell this bag for her as she want to make a grand-gesture by donating the proceeds to her favourite charity--trouble is--I am unsure of its authenticity--I have tried to verify this with her but it is a difficult subject as she was given it as a "very special" gift!!! and she truly believes it is "real"--any help would be very welcome--
