This bag is the Jazzclub, and if you can get it for under $100, then it's a steal of a deal. Totally worth the money you pay to get it redyed.
The bag retailed for around $2100 when it was introduced.
This website has sold some really accurate fakes in the past, and based on some details on this bag, I'm going to say that it is a fake. I want to wait for another authenticator to give a second opinion.

I can't see the pictures without making a Tradesy account, but I have seen the X before.
I wouldn't be surprised if this is authentic. SmartshoppersJ has sold some real bags alongside fake bags before, but a handful of them were authentic (at least in the pictures).
Looks good to me, except I can't be 100% sure due to the number of accurate Lady Dior fakes out there.
