the card is old version of authenticity card
The logo looks a bit too high for the old card, which is why I doubted it. A few fakes have that problem.

It looks good so far, except a close-up pictrue of the tag with the Christian Dior logo would really help.

Missing an authenticity card is not an indication of anything. The only thing that it may affect is its resale value; if you plan to resell it on Ebay later on, the authenticity card may help increase the price a bit.
The seller could've genuinely misplaced it since most people take it out so that they can use the bag's inner zippered pocket.
