Can anyone please advise me regarding a buyer who purchased a designer Coach handbag New with tag from me first 4 picture paid first class to ensure quick delivery, then used it for 2 month since 7 Jun 2017 then she try to sell the bag back to ebay but she loose a **tag as can proof Genuine **?? and second seller won't except it and want a refund from her Now she opened a case against me stated the bag was not Genuine ? then PayPal informed me to accept return but when I received ,it been used and come without tag or dust bag .I have since been informed from the resolution team that I can appeal followed by email I need a third party to provide what wrongs with it how can you? What am I to do? And How to proof it been used ? And by who ? I have where to stand and Paypal will refund her from my paypal account. How is this fair? Where is my protection as a seller from scam buyers? How ever what going to happen could anyone Help me authenticate this Coach bag please . thank you

It's a genuine Legacy Zip made in 1998.

Hello all & happy Fall,
I have 2 bags in very good condition that I purchased years ago on eBay. Dug them out and want to be sure they're authentic. I put notes inside once I've asked on PF. First up may be an early Stewardess. Strap drop is only 16", if it was shorted, professional job as ends are well finished. Name & approximate year? Gorgeous bag

It's a Stewardess Bag made between 1990 and 1993, style number 9525

The bag is authentic. It was made during a period from 2014 to 2016-7 when Coach wasn't putting serial numbers on the creeds but instead, put it on a white tag buried somewhere inside the bag. Usually, it's hidden inside the zipper pocket.

BTW, tags aren't what prove or disprove authenticity. Counterfeiters fake tags too and some even attach genuine tags to their fakes to fool buyers.

It's the details of the bag that determine whether it's authentic and there's nothing wrong with the bag you sold and that your buyer resold.

Don't accept the return if you haven't already. She has shipped it to a third party. How would you know that the bag you got back is yours?

It's fake and my records show that beautifulthings78-us has sold fakes in 2014, 2015, 2016 and this fake is the 5th time in 2017.

Yes, it's fake. Not Coach hardware, and that back pocket that dips below the back seam with the double stitching isn't something Coach did. I think the counterfeiters got that from Dooney.

Hello everyone,

I found this super dirty (but cheap) possible Sonoma at my local thrift store. It's in rough shape, but as I so rarely come across vintage coach ( I'm not in the US) I just couldn't leave it on the shelf:

Item: Sonoma
Seller: Value Village



I would say it's about 8.5" across at the base and about 9" tall. It's squashed so the dimensions may be a bit off.

It's authentic. I'd probably put that one in the washing machine. Visit the rehab club for help.
