I was thinking about this seller (and her many, many ebay fakes in the past) and came across this listing.

Case
etsy seller GutsyGirls
https://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/206...ref=shop_home_active_12&ga_search_query=coach

Note: ebay seller ID was debbieb208 but seems to not be allowed to sell Coach on ebay any more.

Trim stitching is sloppy, the logo imprint appears too high and too far in from the edge and the lining is fabric I've not seen before.
Opinions? (This isn't too imply that Etsy might remove the listing because I've never seen them remove fakes. But I'm curious.)

For what it's worth, I agree with you and Whateve. I have 5 of these in different colors. Mine all look exactly alike and not even close to this one. I'm not sure if that's what you were asking. Anyway, looks like it sold.

Definitely fake. That thing looks so sloppy. I have an original one, NWT, and it is a work of art. The shape of the item is too rounded. It should be rectangular in shape, with just rounded corners. The logo is too small, too deeply imprinted, and not in the right place. The lining isn't even close to correct. It is supposed to be a ticking stripe with a thicker stripe surrounded by two skinny stripes. In the authentic version, the stripes go up and down on all sides of the item, including the sides, making them continue longways across the bottom. Not like on hers, which has the bottom stripes going the same direction as the front and back.

I have reported items to etsy before. I thought they removed some of them but I'm not sure.

ETA: Thanks for asking so I could pull my perfect one out of the box and admire it!
Isn't it funny? The more things change, the more they stay the same. And GutsyGirls - debbieb208 is a textbook case.

Yes, I knew it was fake but wanted it posted to let any potential Etsy buyers be forewarned about the seller.

Howdy! I received this as a gift and know nothing about it. I haven't had much luck finding any info about it. Has anyone any information about this bag? Thank you!

I couldn't find much but I found one source that referred to it as "limited edition" with 300 made. (I don't know whether that's correct info.)

I found another source that called it a Hamptons Ocelot Clutch.

This image is from an old ebay listing but I couldn't pull it up nor did I find a cache of the listing. This was the listing that claimed the bag to be one of 300.

It's an authentic Hamptons ocelot clutch from 2010. It retailed for $328. It is made out of haircalf. I've never seen one. I think it is pretty rare. One site says it was a limited edition of 300.

Vintage Rare Coach Distressed Whiskey Leather Bifold Wallet
Logo on exterior and interior? Wonky flap inside or maybe stretched that way?

Fake. It's a generic wallet that someone put a fake Coach stamp on. The font used in the Coach stamp is completely wrong and the stamps are in the wrong places, the construction on the inside of the wallet is a mess. Look at the pic showing both sides of the interior, the edges of the different sections especially on the right side aren't even CLOSE to lining up evenly. the leather zipper pull isn't a Coach style, and I don't ever remember any Coach wallet with a zipped inside pocket like that. The style isn't anything Coach has made in the last 20 years and it would have to fit into that timeframe to have some of the features it has.

The more I look at it, the more it becomes obvious what a real POS it is. I wouldn't pay 5 dollars for that cwap if it was in the Reduced bin at TJ Maxx or Savers. It just looks BAD.

Report away!

I'm not sure about this one. It looks too rounded on the corners. Is that glue seeping from behind the closures? Zipper pull seems different. Please advise.

I've seen that zipper pull before in vintage wallets. And not all Coach wallets have squared-off flaps. Anyway, it's a clutch, not a wallet.

It might be a 4832 Carry-All Clutch from around 1991, but the only photo I have is tiny and doesn't show any details although the Coach stamp seems to be in the same place. It looks genuine to me,, regardless of what style it is.
