Please let me know if this is not the right place.

These are my grandmother's bags. She passed 12 years ago, and I got these. They have been in boxes for the majority of those years. I have no idea if they are real or even what they are called. I appreciate any help/information offered. I found this blog and am in the process of refurbishing them.

Thank you!

They both are authentic. They are probably from the 80s. In order to tell you more about them, we need measurements.

The top one looks like a mid-1980s Rambler Bag if it measures about 12x8 inches, but I'm not going to try and guess the second one. As Whateve, said, we almost always need measurements for older purses, and also photos of any unusual details.

Thank you so much! Knowing my grandmother, I couldn't imagine them NOT being authentic, but you never know.

The brown one is 9.5" tall, 10" wide, and 4" deep.
The blue one is 7.5" tall, 12" wide, and 5" deep.

Again, I really appreciate the information!

OMG I think the brown one looks like an Organiser Pouch! Is it the same as this one with all the pockets? The reg number is only 6 more than this one. If so, what a coincidence. We were just discussing this in Vintage Photos and Chat. It's a rare bag.

Hey, everybody. What the hell happened to this poor bag? And what's with the price? Yikes!

Geez, she must think there's a fetish buyer for well-worn purses!

This part of the description made me laugh: "Coach bag for sale only had for a year. Paid $1000 for it"

Maybe she had it for "a year" but she certainly didn't get it new!

The blue one is a Rambler #9735, probably from the 80s. The brown one appears to be an Organizer Pouch #9645, I'm guessing from around 1978. I had never seen one until today. I don't think they were available for very long.
