Thanks for the quick reply, Hyacinth. I'm not sure I understood the request for pictures but I've tried my beat. Do not see anythink stamped on back of buckles...only ykk on zipper pulls.

Thanks. From the picture it almost looks like the big rivet holding the end of that folded-over leather tab holding the buckle is actually mounted between the two rows of "teeth" of the metal zipper itself instead of through the fabric part that's at the very end of the zipper. Can you close the zipper completely all the way to the little metal stop at the end of the teeth, or does the rivet prevent the zipper from closing completely? Those rivets where the strap buckles are mounted should never interfere with the main zipper on a genuine Coach.

Below are photos of both ends of a genuine style 9951 for comparison, it was made in 2002 in the "P" Costa Rica plant but that shouldn't make a difference in how the zipper is installed. If yours has a serious mistake on the top zipper then I doubt VERY much if it's genuine. And the strange color is just added evidence. You're welcome to show the pics or give the link to other members of that FB Group (is that the Rehab, Rescues and Rarities! group?) and ask their opinions. But it looks like your zipper is too long for the bag.

Sorry. Can only upload one at a time.

They ALMOST got the inside pocket right, but the stamp is too far down on the pocket and there isn't enough leather above the top of the inside pocket zipper in yours. It might be the closest Pat's Legacy fake I've ever seen though. Here's the real one again.

OK. It does zip up to the leather tab, but there is no metal stop on closed end...the zipper keeps on going. There is more to the zipper pocket above the outside zipper line (you can see the impressions from that sinc e it must usually be unzipped. Here is a picture.

I know there's more leather hidden at the top of the inside pocket, I was comparing two pictures where those parts were covered like they usually are.

I'm still not sure if the rivets on those leather buckle mounts go through the working part of your top zipper or past it. The pictures you posted seem to show the rivets actually blocking the ends of the zipper.

Does your real one have another compartment behind the zipper pocket with creed. The green omw does but it doesn't look like it in your pictures.

Yes, all Patricia's Legacy bags have a slip compartment behind the inside zipped pocket. Having one doesn't prove a purse is genuine since the fakes I've seen have them too.

I thought having one might prove it fake. OK. So your best advice...should I get a refund? I wanted to sell it myself since its too big for me but don't think.I can now. Thanks again, Hyacinth. I'm in awe of your knowledge!

I know Hyacinth has been advising you and she knows the Patricia bag much better than I do, I want to comment as a seller myself.

If I won that bag and had any intention at all to resell it, I'd return the bag. There are too many red flags and as an honest seller, there's no way I'd want to take the chance of selling a fake, even if it were a "good" fake and even if the buyer never knew.
