To further confirm botticelli4grace knowingly uses her lot listings to unload fakes, I found several other lot listings in her completed/sold listings where fakes were mixed in among authentic items.

These are screenshots of completed/sold listings, all of which included at least one fake Coach in each listing. Notice that they were each "sold" more than once, possibly bought by a buyer who returned it, thus the relisting of the lots.

Yep and I just hope the buyers had the sense to return the entire lot so they didn't get cheated out of every penny of their refund like that buyer did last year.

One of the things that REALLY burns me is that if someone has another job outside of Ebay, one where their customers/clients have to have complete trust in the person they're dealing with, and if that person knowingly dumps problems on them like with her Ebay customers, those poor people could go through a ton of frustration, aggravation and expense. It's hard for me to believe that someone's untrustworthy in one business and not in the other.

That one worries me.

Bad bad crooked creed, invalid plant code "Z" was still being used by the Dominican Republic plant in 2002 which is the year code in this briefcase, there's a mistake in the formatting of the serial number and it doesn't have enough digits, the creed description of the leather doesn't match other bags in the same style, and the proportions of the leather turnlock tabs don't seem quite right.

You may want to ask Noshoepolish to take a look. Briefcases aren't my specialty.

I would not buy that briefcase. The creeds on authentic Organizer Briefs are crisp, clear and straight. Not to mention the creed style number mess.

The second one is genuine.

And like BeenBurned, I wouldn't buy anything from botticelli4grace if she was the last seller on Ebay. She KNOWINGLY cheated an inexperienced buyer out of hundreds of dollars for a box full of FAKE Coaches. She's right at the top of my "special" list., and I hope Kharma catches up with her soon.

And the reason I say "knowingly" is because it seems like she saved up all the fake Coaches she'd gotten stuck with and put them all in one lot. Out of I think 9 Coaches, EIGHT of them were fakes. And the genuine one probably only slipped through because it's a style that didn't have a searchable record or serial number. There's no way that all those fakes ended up in one listing by accident.
This is just one more indication of why ebay's "feedback" system is seriously flawed.
Sellers can be complete crooks and have Top-rated status and 100% feedback.

And sellers that are extremely conscientious but don't fall into ebay's planned mold
(1 day handling, 14 day returns*, upload tracking within 24 hours etc etc etc)
are skipped over as being a "bad" seller.
*As of October top-rated sellers have to offer 90-day returns to qualify for top-rated status!
Love that one!

90 day returns! They are crazy! That's like telling buyers they can use it for free for 3 months. Well maybe I would consider doing it if I could charge a 75% restocking fee. I can't imagine any seller agreeing to these terms.

When you buy large lots of bags, you always run the risk of finding fakes.
I handle it in different ways. In this particular auction I did see at least one fake, and the seller even
makes mention of it. I bid on the auction KNOWING that probably one or two were fakes.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lot-Of-11-C...E2iOlj8%2BvBnLcRwrd64%3D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc
I won the auction and did not expect the seller to reimburse me for the fakes because I based my bid price on what I felt was authentic.
The bottom line is I found out FOUR were fake and when I informed the seller she wanted me to return the whole group at my own expense and let me know what a great deal I got anyway as she wanted $500 for them~ lol.
I ended up keeping them - and did leave a poz feedback.

Now I am re-thinking this because what about the OTHER bidders who may not have realized
that they were buying fakes, and so were NOT bidding accordingly?
What would you have done? (Don't yell at me.)

It's only in the last 9-10 months that I've gone through hundreds of current and completed listings from botticelli4grace and considering the number of fakes I've found as listed and/or sold during that time, I can't even begin to imagine the number of fakes that haven't been "caught."

Yet this is ironic and a bit hypocritical. It's from her ME page:

Simple truth, Women everywhere scrimp and save for authentic handbags. Carrying a FAKE depreciates all our saving and hard work for the purse of our dreams! I want to make your dream affordable! "One women's trash is another woman's treasure"

It's not just the monetary non-value of fakes that disgusts me and it's certainly not the fact that fakes are taking money from the deep pockets of the designer companies.

It's the underlying implications of the counterfeit trade -- terrorism, slave labor, poor working conditions, child abuse and child labor and other horrors too painful and emotional to mention.

IMO, when you knowingly buy those fakes, you are contributing to those heinous causes.

Hi all, could someone please let me know if this bag is real? First time posting here, so hopefully I did this right! Thanks for your help in advance!.
