I can't read the first two digits of the creed, but assuming that those are okay, it is probably an authentic Patricia's Legacy.

The stitching looks a little sloppy but everything else seems fine. I think it is authentic.

You're welcome. The numbers/letters before the dash are date and plant codes so those will vary. The style number is after the dash.
