Hyacinth, while a agree with your assessment of the bag itself and the seller's non-use of "Coach," do you not think that showing the Coach dustbag in the first picture is implying that it's Coach and is a bit misleading?
And in this listing, the seller doesn't use Coach either, yet the picture (authentic or not?) is a "Coach" dustbag.

As with so many listings on ebay.ph (Philippines), they don't state brand names, pluralize brand names (Coachs, Guccis,) or they abbreviate the brands (BB for Burberry, GG for Gucci, etc) to stay under the radar.
This particular listing for a Sportcoach bag from seller snakewater2013 may be "legal" as far as not being counterfeit but other listings are not made by the designers whose names are on them. None of snakewater2013's listings use brand names though most have brand markings/labeling/logos.
Personally, I wouldn't do business with snakewater2013.
I was so focused on the bag that the dustbag didn't even register.
