Hi again gals! I just had my friend buy me a Coach Penny in UV on Ebay US yesterday and I just wanted to ask the experts if this indeed is an authentic, It looks authentic to me but it bothers me that it's made it China.... Can it be authentic even if it's made there? I know that I must sound like a broken record asking these questions again but I just want to make sure, been scarred too many times with fakes... It's authentic.

Yes, Coach does make bags in China. They're also made in Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Vietnam, Hungary, Turkey and other countries.

If genuine bags WEREN'T made in China it would be pretty foolish for counterfeits manufacturers to put tags inside them saying they were.

Coach at this time makes purses and accessories in China, Philippines, India and Vietnam.

Some fakes especially from Korea STILL say that they were made in the US even though Coach hasn't made purses in the US for 10 years.

Speaking of which, I have a question.. If the creed doesn't mention where it is made or it doesn't have a small tag on the side with it's country of origin, how can I know where it's from?
