It looks authentic, however the Apropos little tag looks like from a modern bag, it was sold already when I saw it.

The "Apropos" tag looks like one that a store might at to items it sells. A google search found several stores (one in Paso Robles, CA) with that name.

Cute bag. Pictured below is a photo of the same bag...the "Patch Pocket" designed by Cashin in 1969. I'm not familiar with the store, but the bag and metal tag look fine.

Purchased: ebay
Comments: I purchased this Taft on ebay and have some concerns, specifically about the zipper and zipper pull.
Measurements: 10" T in middle x 13" wide at bottom/widest point x 4"D
strap drop on longest setting is 21"

Probably fake - the zipper ring looks wrong, although the other details are very close. The underside of the top zipper panel shown in the last pic isn't quite right either. There's always a slim chance that the pull could have been replaced though. If it's a fake, it's a really close one.
