Comments: considering purchasing and just want to know what the experts think first :)

I'm sorry. I did see your post but didn't feel comfortable authenticating it because I noticed the appearance that either the pleating/gathering or the plaque appeared to be slightly off-center.

All other listings I looked at were perfectly centered.

I was hoping that someone might have that someone might have the same bag and could offer a credible opinion.

Note that if the seller is someone we don't authenticate for, we'll speak up. Generally, if your post doesn't get answered, it's because we aren't familiar enough with the bag or style to comment.

Could you please authenticate this coach wallet? Thank you for your help.

What I can see looks ok but it helps to show a photo of the Coach stamp in the leather, and a close-up of whichever side of the snap has any name stamped into it.

Comments: It is rather unusual to see a glued on creed like this. How would you know it wasn't removed from another bag?

I don't know how they did it on very early briefcases and business-style bags, maybe they glued in the creeds like they did the serial numbers?

You may want to wait for Noshoepolish to look at that one.

That's the thing, I cannot find the Coach stamp.

That's odd. I don't know if Coach always stamped their name on wallets but even the older ones I've seen from the mid and late 80s would have a Coach stamp at least on the inside. If it's actually a Coach, it's older than I'm familiar with. Some smaller accessories like coin purses and cosmetic cases may not have had a stamp but I'm not sure about wallets. Please wait for more opinions.

The leather zipper tab isn't sewn correctly, the E plant code belongs only to Italy, the end of the strap has been cut off and not correctly resewn to close the end (which IMO makes it SNAD since that's damage and it isn't mentioned), the stamping of the Coach logo on the creed is wrong (there isn't even an opening in the middle of the "A") and the letters are too thick both in the logo and the creed itself. The stitching on the strap areas is very uneven.

Here are two genuine bags showing how the strap end should look:

and

Below is a creed from a GENUINE bag showing exactly the same production codes B6E- and any other bag with those codes should show the same plant location, which should be Italy, not the US.
Thank you, Hyacinth! So sorry to have taken your time with this one.

No need for apologies, that's why we're here. Have you contacted the seller?

Can anyone authenticate this? TIA!

I can ask for pic of creed...

There's supposed to be a wrist strap, that's what the torn-away loop the seller mentions was for, it's actually a wristlet rather than a wallet. We'd really like to see a readable pic of the creed patch. I don't know if the lining is sewn to the seams but if it's not, it can just be pulled loose so a photo can be taken of the creed.

I don't see any obvious problems in the photos, but if the seller wasn't sure it was genuine she should never have listed it. All name-brand items on Ebay are supposed to be authentic beyond question.
