Comments: I have been trying to get a wallet to go with my Madison and/or Grammery Italian bags but they are scarce, expensive, often in poor shape, and they sell very quickly. So when I saw this good condition, navy Madison wallet for $25 plus $4.50 shipping I took a chance and hit the BIN button.

So I have already paid for it, but it hasn’t shipped yet. I think it looks good but I would appreciate it if you would take a look and give me your opinions. Do you agree that it is genuine and that the style is consistent with the Italian Madison Coach collection? The listing says 1994, any chance of finding the style number? Thanks in advance!

Great find! Authentic Madison card case. I have this same wallet in red and the brown color I can never remember the name of.

ETA: When you get it, can you upload a picture of the printed Madison card? I'd love to have it in my files.

Thanks, will do! I can see that it is small, but then so are most of my Italian bags! I figured that I could use it as a mini-wallet, what do you think?

It is really a card case. It is about the same size as the card cases they sell at the outlet, which are my favorite Coach accessory! I think they are so useful. I don't see why you can't stuff a few bills inside, along with your ID and credit cards.

1. There's nothing wrong with the creed. Some styles have creeds with horse and carriage logos and some do not. In order to check the style you have, do a search of listings with the same style of bag.
2. Zipper brand has NOTHING to do with authenticity. YKK is NOT proof of anything and in fact, many fakes do have either real or fake YKK zippers because the counterfeiters read the same BS guides that permeate the internet.
3. If Coach (itself) is sold out of a color, they remove it from their site. That doesn't mean that the color wasn't made. Also, sometimes, certain colors are department store exclusives and don't show up on coach's site.

Seller seems confused. So am I. Calls it a Pocket purse and Convertible Clutch. Creed is older, so of no help. Not tall enough for Pocket Purse. Too long for a Dinky and wrong straps. Does not have D rings to hook straps on.
