It's an Authentic "Skinny Tote" from the MID 1970's. It was adapted and changed but based on an original Bonnie Cashin design. Designed post-1974, after Cashin’s departure from the firm.

I'm not comfortable with the creed either. The cut of the patch and the left side looks off to me. Compare the following side-by-side image. The creed in question is on the left and another bag's creed (same month and plant) is on the right.

Other opinions are welcome.
