Just re-posting (first posted at an extremely weird time last night, so I think it might have gotten lost:

I was wondering if these three older-style Coach bags are authentic:

With very few exceptions, you can't judge older fakes by their colors. All three look ok, the third is a Maggie Duffle.

I'm not sure why you think the color looks off but I don't see any problems with the bag.

It looks like her pics are taken without the flash so they're a bit darker than flash photos. I find though that flash pictures often make colors appear brighter and lighter than IRL and no-flash pics are more accurate.

Other opinions are welcome.

Comments: The Legacy Duffel is currently on the Coach website. Large is not listed in Red/Cherry but the regular is. The seller lists this as an XL but it matches the dimensions of the Large.

The bag in the listing is fine. It's from 2001 so you probably won't find it in any outlets and if you get an outlet on the phone, the SA you speak to was probably still in diapers when the bag was made!

I just wanted to comment that the Maggie Duffle listing is misleading as the seller seems to imply that this bag is similar to the current duffle and doesn't provide any measurements. This bag is much smaller and the color appears to be camel, not yellow. It never sold for $398.

The Maggie only measures about 10x8x6 inches. The 1997 price when that one was made was $158.

I found this handbag, could you please help me authenticate it? Oh yes it also said, "Made in Italy"...is that possible for a vintage bag?
