So the seller is giving out the same serial number for both bags?

The satchel is probably genuine but if there's a question about the serial number I'll have to wait until you both get your bags and compare and post the numbers. Be sure to refer back to the numbers or URLs of your original posts when you get the bags.

With Ebay allowing 12 free photos there's no reason why the seller couldn't have taken decent measurments and a full set of photos. Good luck!

Thanks Hyacinth - I will post the creed and the listing info when I receive th bag. I am hoping that she made a mistake by giving us the same serial# - she did give me photos of both creeds but they were such poor quality - can't read them. So annoying...

If you're a non-smoker and it smells like smoke I don't know IF you'll be able to live with it. Extremely difficult to get rid of smoke smell. I've got a bag that's been on the patio (after 2 separate baths) for a month now. It's been through 2 rain storms, sun and wind and still has a faint odor.

1- the correct name and spelling is Abbie Zip
2- yes, Bottle Green was a Spring-Summer 1996 color
3- it looks ok but I can't find a name for it, sorry. It's a Swingpack so not having a creed or serial number isn't a problem

Save the message from the seller about it being smoke-free. Then if it smells of smoke when you get it you have a valid SNAD claim and written proof from the seller that it's not as she described it if you decide to return it.

With that many comments about smoke odor, IMO, it's highly unlikely that the seller doesn't smoke.

Once in a while, there are complaints about a smoke smell and sometimes, if the mail carrier smokes, the smell can penetrate the packaging but for many different buyers to mention "smoke smell" from the same seller, the chances of the seller being the smoker multiply.

And as pointed out, to a non-smoker, the smell of smoke is next to impossible to eradicate.
