Like Whateve said, the first one has definitely had half the strap lopped off. You wouldn't even be able to wear it as a shoulder bag because the buckle would be cutting into your shoulder. Don't waste your money.

How does this one look? I asked the seller for a picture of the creed but she said her flash prevented her from getting a good picture. She just said it reads K4C-9870.

Tell her to turn off the flash, open up the purse so light shines on the creed and take the picture. It can't really be authenticated without a picture of the creed. It looks like a court bag should look but without the creed, I can't say it is authentic.

this has a "N" stamp that i never seen......
it is a small nylon tote bag.
There's a great thread at the main forum where Katev and others talk about those extra marks. The N means the item was sold through Nordstrom's.
