Maybe. There have been so few with a T code that it's really impossible to say when the plant would have been open. They probably assigned all the letters of the alphabet at one time or another but which were actually used and for how long is hard to figure out for some of the scarcer codes like T. I'd say this one is "possibly real until proven otherwise."

She needs a bath real bad! The little shoe brush was in front pocket...looks unused - shoulda been used...LOL!
