Fake. Not only did they never make that color - the only medium blue shade was from one of the Chinese plants in 2004-05 - but the serial number prefix is invalid and the stamping marks around the number doesn't match the way Coach stamped their bags. Also the stamping itself is almost illegible.

That seller should know better. They also sold a frake Willis with an invalid serial number here:

ETA - Maybe it's the lighting but the Coach lozenge on the creed also looks strange, the right and left edges don't even look the same. I'd really like to see an in-focus shot of that creed. Also notice how sloppy the stitching is in the photo of the inside showing the bottom center seam compared to theese other two listings:

Seller boristhekatbargains needs to learn how to recognise fake serial numbers. Until then, use caution when considering that seller's items.

Thanks. I thought so. I just wanted confirmation. I wonder if ebay is more lenient on the sellers with tons of feedback.

Ooooooo, ABSOLUTELY. Dontchaknow that "Griff" doesn't want those nasty people at T&S picking on any of his high-volume sellers, no matter how many fakes they sell or how many buyers get cheated. Even multiple reports don't do any good, they're just ignored.
