This bag was made in 1994, which was when they started the new numbering system. It is possible that the hyphen just didn't stamp. I don't think that is a problem. I am not sure of when the creed stopped having the word "Leatherware" at the top. There is another Quincy on ebay that was made a few months after yours and it doesn't have "Leatherware" in the lozenge. So, I think it is authentic but you should wait for confirmation.

Whateve is right, hangtags shouldn't be used for authentication because they're often changed or replaced, the word Leatherware was dropped a long while back, and many older serial numbers didn't have hyphens.

NT-4903 or 4908 or any number beginning with NT has been on the Fakes List since there was a Fakes List.

I didn't realize this bag had already been presented here for questioning and I ended up being the buyer on it. I am trying like mad to find out more info on this gal but to no success so far. Having examined it thoroughly It does seem rather old, it smells rather old, and it looks like a Coach bag in so many ways. I wish someone could tell me which Coach body style it looks like since I know there is a bag that has a similar strap /wrap around detail that I personally cannot identify. There are probably at least 3 or 4 styles from Coach with that wrapped-around extra strapping around the outside but I can't think of the styles ATM. None had a similar body design and shape and all of them would have been from at least 15 years after Cashin left Coach. Can't help with the lining either, sorry.
