Fake style, hangtag and hardware including the inside zipper pull and the O-rings stamped "Coach".
Although there's no question that the bag from jen-murray623 is fake, doesn't the style number say 12948?
The style is sort-of correct for the fake bag:

Whoops! I stand corrected. 12948 is a Patent leather style. Crinkle Patent in fact. Pic of the genuine version and creed below.

It's a Hadley Zip, style 9935 made in 1993. The actual color is probably closest to the one in the pic with the soda can, or else it's faded over time.
The grommets are a problem but they never prove something's fake since we've seen some apparently genuine bags with the same problem. I'd like to see a photo of th entire outside bottom of the bag without anything cut out of the picture though. All I can say for now is that it may be ok but we need more photos and need to find pics of a real one for comparison.
Isn't that number on the Fakes List?
