I was burnt by the new classic.Hi! Kt, what do you think of that bag? I think it's very pretty, black and silver. The seller sent me more photos. This one showing some color rubbed off on the trim.

How about this? It's not very clear, but this one is better than the first one the seller sent me. It reads...
"This is a Coach bag. It was ? ? in the united states ? completely natural ? ? cow hide. The ???? ?? natural ??? leather."
Possible to date the bag? Thanks a lot!

Genuine, probably from between 1991 and 1993 based on the booklet.
Thank you! Hyacinth. I did a search and found your post on Coach Serial Numbers, very informative. The number in the middle looks like "1", so that indicates year 2001, right? Thank you!

I think it's really pretty, but I'm really not an expert on authenticating - I hope it was because I love the nickel trim on the classics!
Bought this in a thrift shop, I can post more photos if needed! Appears to be a vintage bucket bag.
