Item: Coach red leather shoulder bag from 1992?
Seller: Savers
Link: NA
Comments: I found this bag at Savers but am having a hard time finding out anything about it. The style number does not show up on ebay or google. The inside zipper pull has been replaced. I think it is about 13 inches long and about 6 inches high. Thank you for your help!

It's called a Legacy Small Hobo and it looks ok.

Hi MarneeB,

I apologize. I'm so used to asking for authentication for older Coach bags and Hyacinth normally responds. However, this new one caught my eye. I do appreciate your time and help as well. You are do a wonderful job and provide a much needed service. :smile1:

No need to apologize. I know nothing about the older bags. Once in a while a newer bag is asked about and if I know for sure I jump right in! ;)

Thanks Hyacinth! Love your avatar and the show; Onslow had some of the best lines.
Please help authenticate one more:
Item: COACH DARK BLUE LEATHER 'SUTTON' TOP ZIP CROSSBODY SHOULDER BAG
Listing number: 160823705685

Comments: There is a picture of the creed but you can't see the text or numbers. The style number is listed in the description as #C0P 9814, which would be a March 2000 bag
Thanks!

I can't be 100 percent sure without a clear creed photo but the rest of the details look ok. "Sutton Zip" is Coach's name.

"I'm sitting here surrounded by NO BEER!"

Rose got in some good ones too...
"MEN! There's not one of them worth shaving your legs for!"

Unfortunately the seller's photo of the creed is too small and incomplete. We need to be able to see and read the entire creed and serial number and we can't. If you can get better photos I'll take another look.
Ok I have better pictures. please help

From the measurements it looks like a genuine City Bag, style 9790, probably from the late 1980s or early 1990s.
