The reason there are a lot of them is because they were made for factory. A bunch of ebay sellers resell factory items. I have this scarf. It is authentic.
 
For starters, when you ask for an authentication we always need to see a clear photo of the creed stamp and serial number, that's explained in the first post of this thread.

If the second half of the number is 99999, that means that if it's real, it was made as a sample or pilot bag and later versions may have had changes made so we have nothing to compare it to. In fact we don't even know for which genuine style number it's supposed to be a prototype. So no, it's really impossible to authenticate, sorry.

You should ask the seller for a picture of the creed. This appears to be one of Coach classics rather than a vintage bag. The details seem correct but without seeing the creed, I don't know for certain.
