I am a first time user and struggling on how to upload photos, so hopefully this will work. I love the look of this bag but at the used price I was wondering if someone could tell me if it's authentic before I buy it. I have purchased 2 used already and after my research on how to spot a fake they seem to be so. The pic of the tag is blurry so the serial number is F108215886,Any ideas if this is authentic?

"Coach Poppy Tartan" and "Coach Poppy 15886" will probably bring up more in the same style.

And PLEASE DON'T post a question more than once. There are only a few people who authenticate here and we CAN'T be here every minute of the day. Asking the same question three times won't get an answer any faster and just clutters up the forum - please WAIT for an answer. The authenticators here volunteer our own time and I'm sorry but our own real-life jobs and responsibilities come first.

I'm sorry for the duplicates, I wasn't sure as to what I was doing and when I didn't see my post I tried again. I will go around and delete them. Thank you for your repsonse, that worked perfectly and I was able to find that actual bag online with the same serial number. Don't they normally use different serial number on each bag?

I did go and delete my other posts, I didn't see them there so I thought maybe they didn't post then they showed up later, my mistake, I will be more careful in the future. Your information was very helpful thank you. Since I have googled per your instructions and they show the same bag with the same serial number does that mean it is in fact authentic?

A friend's mom bought a couple bags from someone and I told her I think they are fake. The serial numbers are:

J04U-9382
J3J-6818

I looked them up and something completely different came up than what she has.

3- possible fake, Coach never used S as a month code

The others seem to be ok, #6 is a Museum Bag from the Manhattan Collection.

For #7 I need a straight-ahead shot so I can see the shape of the bag, and I need measurements.

#8 is a Pocket Purse.

It's probably good that you hit the Post button early, we ask that the number of authentication requests per post be kept at six or under.
