That's true, but for some reason Ebay PH has been very slow to remove reported fakes. And the Philippines nearness to Chinese ports means that it's both easy and cheap to ship fakes there. We're not showing prejudice to Philippine sellers but the simple fact is that there's a very serious problem with fakes at their Ebay site and many of the fakes are fairly accurate and can deceive even experienced buyers. Many fakes that we've found here have been from Ebay.PH sellers and also from private sellers selling them locally.
Here's an example of just one seller who keeps re-registering with new IDs every time she gets suspended. This has been going on for at least a year and there's no way to know how many buyers of
Gucci, Coach, Burberry and other name brands she's cheated:

There also seem to be other IDs involved, maybe friends or business partners, who leave fake Positive Feedback for the seller. It's even possible some of the fakes have been asked about here for authentication, we're looking very carefully at those too.
We urge anyone whether local or international to be EXTREMELY careful buying any designer brands from sellers in that country, just as we would with sellers from China. We've SEEN the problem, we're not just imagining it. I'm sorry if that upsets some people but I have to look at facts when I do this job, not feelings.
