Our wonderful Hyancinth: I'm suffering in Chi-town with you, but want you to know how much your time and expertise is appreciated, even more so in this heat, late at night, almost alone, being poked with sticks by trolls. I'd bring over a pitcher of margaritas, but it's too hot, too late, and I drank it all.

Yep, it's a gorgeous city, but in weather like this the asphalt and concrete just soak up that sun and heat like a sponge. I think today except for the storms that blew through, it was hotter by the lake than it was in the outer burbs - and more heat's coming. We didn't even go outside last night to watch the fireworks, just watched them through the kitchen window.

I'd take a blizzard over this any day! :D

I thought you did a great job of keeping your temper under control. I was shocked at her insistence that she knew a Carly when she saw one! My amazed smiley was to express my shock at her arrogance and ignorance. I totally support you, and I find your posts very entertaining. :D

I'm not sure what the "E" in the serial number of the second one indicates, and I don't have any photos of that style. There's no creed photo either so I really can't give an opinion. It's probably ok but we always like to see the creed patch.

We do not allow fakes and we are only asking for help.. So we dont let fakes complete.. Please tell me where on our disclaimer does it say that or IMPLY that so I can get the message tweaked and submited for approval.. HELP me anyone please

Thanks, I didn't know they'd added another letter.

Other posts there were saying that they think Coach uses the first letter of the department store or retailer as the additional letter but I don't think so, I've seen bags from Dillard's and Macy's and even Hudson's with totally different letters.

Anyway, using the same letter would be MUCH too logical and consistent, and we know Coach never commits those "sins". :D

If you're asking for help about the wallet, that was answered several pages back.

And as long as Listia keeps removing the fakes I don't have a problem authenticating as long as it's an older style I'm familiar with or a newer style that I actually own like the Multi Case.

Hey ladies, the Seller ratings are 100% so I not so worried about it being authentic. I do want to make sure and get info about this bag as it will be my first vintage bag. Well, I hope its true vintage. Your time is extremely appreciated! I have looked at several of these bags and just realized there is no creed patch pic for this one. I usually just pass a bag up with out this.
