It's a Companion Bag, style 9300. Probably from the late 1980s.
Sorry, it's not in my files. Maybe someone else will recognise it.
The blue suede wristlet is probably ok but it's just too generic to put a name to. Both of them back then probably would have been named for what they were, Soho Suede Flap and some kind of size description.
Just a question, when I search for other Companion bags on Ebay I get a very different looking bag. Does it have another name?

I don't do newer bags but the details look like the others available on Ebay. The Carriage closeup seems to show the details pretty well.
More opinions would help.
