Are you within 45 days of your purchase of the removed item? You can file a dispute for the fake candy fob.
Generally, that's the way it's done, but in this case, if she gets it back, she'll probably relist. Obviously, she has a stash of fakes.
You might be better off filing SNAD with ebay and comment that you'd prefer to send it to ebay or destroy it so the seller doesn't have the opportunity to resell to another victim.
Or you can tell the seller that if you return and she relists, you'll report the fake. (Better yet, refer her here. We'll enlighten her.

If you do return it, use delivery confirmation so you'll have proof that she received it. And if she doesn't make you whole, i.e., refund every cent you're out, you should leave appropriate feedback. In fact, based on
rosec6165's history, I think negative feedback is appropriate (after you get the refund).
