Good evening, lovely authenticators! I've saved up 5 items that I would love your help authenticating. I've searched for these item numbers and I didn't find that these were authenticated before.

Although the bag seems to be okay, I'm bothered by the seller's description.

She describes the bag as "new without tags" and that she bought it from another ebay seller "last week."

Although it was purchased on ebay 3 weeks ago (today), she bought it from a seller as "NWT" and the listing shows that the bag DID have the tag attached:

So if she's flipping it immediately, why did she remove the tag and repeat in the title "new, never used," the description that it's new and unused and in the item specifics, she called it "new without tags."

I'm concerned that the bag was used and not being honestly described.

Just two quick things to add:

#2 probably isn't a Cashin - I'm not sure if there was an earlier version of the Baxter Bag but the earliest record of it that's in my files is from early 1992, which is 18 years after Cashin left Coach. So the seller's claims of it being a Cashin style are questionable. The style number was 9903.

#3 Stewardess Bag looks ok.

Just a question about # 3 -- I was pretty sure that it actually wasn't vintage since the creed said Costa Rica, but what is making you uncertain about the authenticity? Just curious since I'm trying to learn more about the older styles.

I knew that the Baxter probably wasn't a Cashin bag and that the seller was just using the name to drum up interest, but I still love the Baxter shape. Thanks for the style number!!

Yes I did get it. Thanks to your rehab reveals of other Italian Coach bags, I was pretty sure it was authentic and that's why I purchased before i had it authenticated. I'm thrilled that it is a bigger bag. : )

You're correct. It's fake.

The seller either has more than one of these fake keychains or her previous buyer found out it was fake and returned it.
