You're absolutely correct - for all these reasons:

Made in Korea.
Five (5) digit serial number xxx-xx.
The inner zipper pull is NOT a Coach zipper pull.

The tan one is a Companion Bag style 9300 from some time between about 1988 and 1993.

I don't have much on the black Swingpack, probably just called a Hamptons (Buckled? maybe) Leather Swingpack from around 2003-2005. I have a similar one, style number is 4752 so yours is probably the same style number - I can't be 100 percent sure. But the details and strap are the same as mine.
