I cannot tell you what YOU should pay for the bag. It appears to be in excellent condition for a bag made in 1995!
I do know that the Madison bags were an expensive Italian made Coach line, and back in 1995 that bag probably sold for $250 +/-

It's authentic but I don't believe it's a limited edition. Many sellers use that terminology rather frivolously when they think they have a rare bag.

Beware, just because you can't find an item in an internet search doesn't necessarily mean that it's fake. However, in this case, the item is fake. Coach doesn't make a keychain like it.
