I'm interested in buying this purse but am concerned that it might not be real because of the serial number. All other stewardess bags I have seen have a serial number ending in 9525. This one ends in 356. Is this real?

Why do they mark bags FS? Are those bags that are purchased by employees or is there some other reason?

It may have some slight damage or a flaw and already had the price reduced because of it. Coach won't repair any damage or broken bits under warranty on "FS" items either. If you run a Search here of the entire Coach forum you'll find some posts about the Final Sale items.

The first one is a Hamptons signature carryall.

The second one is a Soho signature patchwork satchel.

It's real. It was made before 1994 and bags made before that year don't include the style numbers.

Thanks :) I have seen a few on ebay before and was always worried about them being marked that way because they were damaged. I think I will avoid any FS items anyway just in case unless I find one for a really good price :)
