Genuine. I have the same bag although I'm still trying to find a name for it. It may be part of the Legacy West line since it has many of the same details. The style was often called a Riding Bag. Technically it's not Vintage since it was only made in 2001. So think of it as a Legacy West Riding Bag until a more accurate name comes along.

The Coach Catalogue says 7x4. No base measurement but it does have some thickeness to it - maybe .75-1" at the base.

I noticed too. Most of the styles posted cannot be seen on the official Coach website.

And even if the styles were the same, it would only mean they stole stock photos from Coach's own site. Many fake-selling sites do use stock photos on their webpages but the items being sold aren't authentic.

#1 - If the bag in the auction picture is the actual bag, then the bag is probably OK. Unfortunately, the seller has G-12-1986 in the description for the style number. The actual creed photo shows Style 9185 which is the "Whitney Top Handle". I would be asking the seller to check her description before I bid on that one.

#2 - The Soho Belted Bag looks fine to me. It's from 1997.

The pictures look authentic. The label and the lining look right.

I'm just trying to figure out why Bonnie Cashin would design such an absurd looking bag, with such odd measurements. ( Maybe she was designing a bag to carry an AK 47)
