I have some boots I need authenticating. I got them at a consignment shop known for selling real and fake. I typed in the number and name into eBay and got the same boots but I know that means nothing

item : Coach 16823 Black Kristin Elevated Leather Sage Handbag

Comments: I have a pretty good feeling about this, I just wish that the seller would consent to sending me more detailed photos of the defects; I was told that the wrinkling and scuffing is all through the bag, but i really couldn't see them.
Thanks in advance!

It looks genuine and that seller has an excellent reputation for selling genuine merchandise. They specialize in merchandise that is usually bought from stores but might be slightly damaged or showing some wear from being on display, so you can be sure that their descriptions of wear or damage are usually accurate. I'm not familiar with that style so can't really see how wrinkled and scuffed it actually is, maybe someone else can.

They sell in large volume and I can understand why it's not possible to take additional photos.

It looks ok but I don't know the style name.
While I agree that the bag is authentic and the seller is reputable, IMO, high volume or not, a seller should be willing to send an interested buyer more pictures if the buyer requests them.

The listing doesn't appear to show the full extent of damage (as described) and this buyer is attempting to do her homework and ask questions ahead of time. I think the seller should comply.

In fact, based on the seller's "return policy" (see c&p below), it appears that she doesn't take returns unless she shipped the wrong item. According to her TOS, she describes and photographs damage/issues so buyers are expected to see any problems.
Returns only - If item is not as described and wrong item has been shipped.

Again, the bag is authentic but I guess you have to decide whether you are willing to take a chance on the condition.
