Fake. Too many dashes, for one thing. Also the number was only stamped below the actual cartouche for a very short time in Coach's early history and those bags would have said Made in New York City, NOT Made in the US. Coach has never shown "Leatherware" as 2 separate words, and the stamp itself is really crooked and the Coach logo is wrong. And it looks as if the seam at the center of the base actually has a gap between the two sides? That would never be in a real Coach

Someone tried to make a vintage-looking stamp and screwed up most of the details. If you bought it, please insist on a refund.

It looks like a genuine Anderson Zip but we'd really have to see the creed stamp to be completely sure. And it's about 5 years away from being considered "vintage".

It's a genuine Domed Satchel from 1997.

WOW!! All that info -- thank you hyacinth - I didn't get past the two dashes and over all sloppy look. No - I didn't buy it but I will let them know it is fake - if the people running the auctions at that location care it should be removed fairly soon.

Let's hope so! But so far the only GW zone where some of the managers seem to care about not selling fakes is the San Francisco area office.
