It has the right "feel" and look to it - heavy solid metal and engraveable too. They did a very similar piece with those same squared links maybe 5 to 8 years ago, style E011 photo is below. This has some of the same details. I'd say genuine.

ETA - Found it! I can't post a photo but it's from the Fall 2002 catalog, style E076, Sterling Silver ID Necklace, identical to your photos.

1st - probably ok

2nd - They did a multicolored Madison briefcase or maybe larger handbag so a 2-tone Carlysle is very possible. All the other details are right.

I know this isn't a request to authenticate, however, it will help me for future authentication purposes. I can't seem to get any pictures I take to upload for attachment. Is there anyone computer savvy that can help me out here? It's jpeg and one of the pics is 2.4 MB. Is that bigger or smaller than KB? Idk what's going on lol. TIA!!

That's a LOT bigger than KB, by about 1000 times, probably because it's too big and the picture is showing too much detail. It's much too big to just post here. What you need to do is open up a free Photobucket photo hosting account if you don't already have one. Then use the Upload feature to copy the photo from your computer to Photobucket. Then once the photo appears in your album, click to make it appear on its own page and Copy the URL of the photo from the Address Bar at the top of the page and Paste it into your post.

If you already have a photo hosting program like Irfanview, you could use that to change the photo but if you're not familiar with it it's easier to use Photobucket. The biggest photo you can show here directly from your computer is about 195KB but if you just use a Photobucket link you can post links to much larger photos.

Maybe someone else can explain it more clearly than I.

Hyacinth explained it beautifully but I just have one comment regarding posting here.

In order to make the image appear in the post, using Photobucket, copy the link that shows as "IMG." That way, the actual picture will be embedded in the post and we won't have to click a link to view it.

It is 13833. If you do a search for that # and Coach you will see similar pictures. If yours is real, it would be called a Poppy groovy. I'll leave the authentication to the professionals, but I own this purse, and it looks like the pictures.
