I'm not sure where her pictures are coming from or if she mixes her own photos with stolen photos but personally, I have no idea what the buyer will receive since there's an obvious difference between pictures within the same listing.
I also should have mentioned that sellthisthat also has a history selling fakes and was discussed here: http://forum.purseblog.com/coach-shopping/authenticate-this-coach-577470-261.html#post15967573 and http://forum.purseblog.com/coach-shopping/authenticate-this-coach-577470-217.html#post15789103

I do hope this seller is cooperative.

Please ask your questions before buying. It'll save you the hassles you've been going through. If an item is fake, you can save your money, report the item and not have to worry about paying the return shipping.

Sorry if my concern does not belong to this thread. I emailed the seller two times, and finally he replied saying:

I am sorry about the problem you are havingright now I am on my honeymoon and will not be handling business untill i get back which will be feb 11th thank you and have a
great day

Ha! What am I suppose to do till Feb11th? I can't stand being the same place with this ugly purse! I have covered it good in the closet. However I can feel its presence. How come he/she has not mentioned that she will not be available till that date on any of his listing? What kind of customer service is that? I gave him a benefit of a doubt, and here we go again.
He could easily write down the address that I suppose to return the purse and issue me a refund quickly! Is that something that I have to wait for two weeks? I am just stunned!

In the future, please reference the post where the item is that you're talking about.

I'm assuming you're referring to the item in this post: http://forum.purseblog.com/coach-shopping/authenticate-this-coach-577470-758.html#post17892725 which you purchased here:
Coach Stripe Purse Handbag
Item: 260721459375
Seller User ID: 69c10
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...253D&viewitem=

Personally, I think you're over-reacting at this point since the seller did respond with a legitimate excuse and has assured you that you'll get a refund.

She probably doesn't have a big enough mailbox to hold a package for 2 weeks which is why she's advising you to wait until she returns from her honeymoon.

Remember, you bought the item on Jan. 23 and you'll have 45 days (till mid-March) to file SNAD so you're well within the dispute window.

Even if you file a dispute now, chances are the seller won't be responding until February 11 anyway so you'll still have to "live with" the fake.

Again, my advice is to be patient and wait till after Feb. 11. At that point, if the seller gives you a hard time about a refund, you can consider filing a dispute to give her the push she needs to respond.

ETA: You might want to watch the bidding and feedback activity because it does appear that the seller is still bidding on items and leaving feedback while on her honeymoon. (Some of the purchases might have taken place prior to the vacation but not all):

Meanwhile, give it till the 11th and see what happens.

The keychain in this listing is fake.

The seller also sells on ebay as fertigm and previously ripped off another buyer who won the same fake keychain:

http://cgi.ebay.com/COACH-BRASS-KEYRING-/250760770551?pt=US_CSA_WH_Handbags&hash=item3a6281b3f7

The seller also had/has this fake:
http://cgi.ebay.com/COACH-VALENTINE-CHARM-/250762274009?pt=US_CSA_WH_Handbags&hash=item3a6298a4d9

And someone bought this fake too:
http://cgi.ebay.com/COACH-4-DIFFERE...t=US_CSA_WH_Handbags&var=&hash=item8263d8e504

Do not buy from bargains4sale1 (on Overstock) or fertigm (on ebay).

Oh my goodness! I am completely losing my patient to buy on line. I'd better gone back to department stores where I have more fun too. I am so glad I checked them before buying. Beenburned I remember very well I had already purchased the THIRD LISTING, have no idea if it was the same seller or someone else. You told me it was fake, and I returned it to the seller. He did not even refund me the shipping cost.
I reported all those listings in overstock and ebay. I am sure it is not going to get anywhere!

Gosh what an investigation :yahoo:So it shows that the seller has time to take care of other business but not mine! However as you mentioned, I will wait and see the outcome. After all I have nothing to worry about as the transaction is not that much and also it was inside ebay.
I have noticed some sellers are really attentive and caring and some just don't care!

Ouch. Sorry - I was concentrating too much on one photo and didn't compare it with the other.

I'm not sure just where that seller's getting the bag's name from. The bag in the photos 8B33 is called a Metallic Pleated Hobo. The bag in her photos isn't even suede. I'd definitely ask for creed close-ups and photos of the area where she says the "suede" is worn. If she means the metallic finish is worn, you really need to see how badly the metallic leather is worn or cracked before bidding. It may be genuine but she really needs to post more photos.

The first pic is for 8B33, the second 3685 is what a Dusted Suede Small Hobo looks like.

She emailed me this pic of the creed.

My cousin sent me these pics wondering if this wristlet was real, at first glace it looked ok but then she said there was no number on the creed and the inside it has a mirror???

Whatcha think?

Sorry. It's fake.

Although wristlets do sometimes have creeds without a serial number, this wristlet isn't made by Coach. The fabric, color, trim, stitching and mirror are all wrong.

Thanks! I had a feeling it wasn't real after looking closer at the pics. I told her it looked off to me...
She said "Oh well I guess I paid $6 for just another purse... LOL" Well you should have told me that in the begining!

It looks genuine but I hope you get some photos of the damaged or worn areas before you decide to bid. Like we've said before, those metallic leathers show wear so easily.
