You may want to ask the seller to clarify the color. Coach's photo shows this for Brown:

Please ask for more pictures taken in natural lighting to verify the color. The color in the seller's pictures appears to be off. It's a good idea to get straight-on pictures of the front and back.

It was made in 2000, the number or numbers after the first letter indicate the year. This post along with a few others tells you how to figure out a Coach serial number, as long as the bag is genuine.
