It's fine. (The pattern is slightly off at the bottom because that's something that happens with curves and the cut of fabric. It's not an authenticity issue.)

The second listing doesn't have enough pictures to determine authenticity but based on the pictures in both listings, I don't see any red flags on either.

If it's #2 you are interested in, you should request more pictures including the back, the creed and lining.

What makes you think one of them is fake?
