Both sellers you've asked about sell authentic.

Seller #2, baystateoutfitters appears to buy large lots from department stores and sometimes there are condition issues. Although most are new, some are customer returns which may or may not have been used and some may be shopworn. Read the descriptions carefully.

The bag is authentic.

The seller sells authentic but got scammed herself on a fake Coach keychain. She mistakenly listed it but quickly removed her listing when she was informed of her mistake.

Granted, sellers are supposed to confirm authenticity before listing their items but sellers are human and make mistakes. It's how they respond to those errors that determines integrity. This seller did the right thing.

BTW, I don't know the seller, I am not the seller and I've never done business with her. I have no horse in this race except to confirm that she handled her goof with grace.

The creed looks good, however, when I was looking at the pictures in the auction, I questioned whether all of the pictures were the seller's own pictures. (The celebrity photo obviously wasn't.) The third and fourth photos appeared to have a different background, lighting, cropping, and a different photography style from the first photo.
