If the seller measured across the top, I believe it's correct. If she measured across the bottom where it's wider, it would be larger.

Depending where items are measured, how flat or stuffed they are, etc., measurements can vary slightly from seller to seller. (I fact, there have been complaints because the Coach website dimensions are often slightly larger than the actual size of the item.)

In answer to your question about the "Coach" placement, they don't all need to have the name in the same place. It just depends where it is on the piece of fabric the name is when they're cutting it out.


I've seen fakes come out within days of release of new products. IMO, it's neversafe to assume that it's too soon for fakes.

I agree with BB. We should never assume that just because something was recently released that it hasn't been faked yet. You'd be amazed at how quick the counterfeiters are.

I fixed the link in your post. It was going to an auction for a mini skinny before.

The bag looks good. I believe there are actually two bags called the Patent Large Maggie. Style 13900 and style 13904, which retailed for $698. Style 13900 is the smaller size from 13904. Maybe you were thinking of 13904?
