Both are good. The Ocelot print line is fairly new for any counterfeits to be made.

They look good to me but the price is low only because the seller started the bidding low.
I bet it goes much higher before it ends.
#1 looks okay.
#2 doesn't have enough pictures.
In answer to your question about the "Coach" placement, they don't all need to have the name in the same place. It just depends where it is on the piece of fabric the name is when they're cutting it out.
I've seen fakes come out within days of release of new products. IMO, it's neversafe to assume that it's too soon for fakes.
